Robert Falgout
President

Rob was born and raised on Galveston Island and has been around boating all his life. He attended UT Austin and worked in oil, healthcare, insurance, and auto businesses before finding his passion and buying the dealership in 2006.
Rob and his wife Sandy have been married for 28 years and have 2 sons, Brett and Troy. They are all active boaters and you can find them surfing, foiling, and boarding on all our area lakes. The family also enjoys volunteering and fostering dogs for the Heart of Texas Lab rescue.
Wyashika Conner

Wyashika, a New Orleans native, moved to Texas with her family in 2018. She graduated from the University of New Orleans in Accounting and is an expert in the profession. Wyashika joined the Texas Malibu team in 2019 as our Controller/HR Manager and has since taken on an additional role as our Sales Administrator.
When not working, Wyashika enjoys spending time with her husband Branden, her four kids, and their mini-poodle, Fluffy. She also enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, and family vacations.
Scott Flanagan

For over 14 years, Scott has been working in the boating industry. Born and raised in Allen, Texas, he began as a delivery captain, moved up to sales, and is now the District Manager of Texas Malibu. His profession dives right into his passion for water. If you don't find him at the shop, he'll be out surfing on the lake with his family and friends! Scott knows what it takes to earn the trust of each and every valued customer. His knowledge of the market, knowledge of the product, and ability to always meet the needs of the customer make him an asset to the team.

Neil Wahlberg

Neil is one of the newest member of the Texas Malibu Sales Team, as well as new to the Austin area, but is certainly no stranger to the Malibu and Axis brands.
Having been raised in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, Neil has been around boats and the boating lifestyle his entire life. Upon graduating from Purdue University and spending over a decade in sales management, he decided to leave the corporate life behind in 2014. He headed west to Arizona to chase his passion for boats and watersports in a full-time capacity by helping families get the Malibu and Axis of their dreams.
As lifelong watersports enthusiasts, he and his wife, Melissa, have enjoyed owning multiple towboats, including many Malibu’s, and can often be found on the lake with their 8 year old rescue pit bull, Herbie.

As a Steiner Ranch native, Kendall has always been passionate about the lake life. Kendall attended Vandegrift High School and has deep roots in the local community. After his time with the University of Texas in San Antonio, Kendall wanted to make his boating passion a career. He started with Texas Malibu in 2019 as an intern and worked up to a full-time sales position. Kendall and his wife, Delaney, live in Liberty Hill with their daughter and their adorable Frenchie, Louie. When Kendall is not in the office, he is out on the lake enjoying the lifestyle.

Being raised in Lakeway, Jake has grown up enjoying the lake life. He graduated from Lake Travis High School in 2019 and earned his degree from Texas State University. Jake is working as a demo captain and in sales. When Jake is not in the office, you can find him out on Lake Travis or spending time with his friends.

Raised in Austin most of his life, Troy graduated from Seguin High School and is now in his second year at the University of Texas, studying economics. Troy is a demo captain at our Austin location and has been with us since 2020. When he is not at the shop, you can find him on Lake Travis foiling or surfing behind the best boats in the business.
Brett Kobaly

Brett has been with Texas Malibu since 2019. His family first instilled his passion for water sports in him at 11 years old when they purchased a 2007 Malibu 23 LSV. After 600 hours and a lot of learning, they were Malibu customers for life! Fast forward to 2018, Brett’s family upgraded their first Malibu to a new 23 LSV with us. Brett moved from the central coast of California in 2018 and fell in love with the long summers and beautiful hill country in Austin. When Brett is not on the water, you will find him out in the desert navigating and co-driving for a Spec Trophy Truck race team.
If you are looking to enjoy the lake life, Brett will be more than happy to share his family’s experience and knowledge with you. He will ensure that you make a confident decision in the boat-buying process!
Jack Steele

Jack was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana. He recieved a degree in Entrepreneurship at Western Michigan University. After graduating, he chose Austin as his home to indulge in year-round water activities. With a strong background in the marine industry, Jack is your go-to for all things boats. Beyond the waves, Jacks interests extend to the golf course, traveling, and hanging out with his friends and family.

Chris Hardy
Sales - New Braunfels
Name Chris Hardy

Chris has been a member of the Texas Malibu family since 2018. After graduating from Texas State, he knew the waterways of Central Texas were home. He started as a demo captain and worked his way up into junior sales and eventually to a full-time sales position at our New Braunfels location. Chris and his black lab, Layla, are massive outdoor and action-sports lifestyle enthusiasts. He never slows down and is always looking for the next activity to keep him going. While his list of hobbies is quite extensive, during the summer months you will likely find him flying around the lake on his hydro Foil, borrowing the waves of fellow boaters. During the off-season, when the water cools down, he shifts his focus to two-wheel hobbies: Mountain biking, gravel biking, motocross, and more.
He is always up for a good time. If you live in the New Braunfels area, he's your guy for anything Malibu and Axis.
Cody Johnson

Name Cody Johnson

Born and raised in Houston, Cody traded in the warm climate for a cooler one in Summit County Colorado after high school. Following this, he finally settled in New Braunfels, Texas to attend Texas State University. Cody joined the Texas Malibu sales team full-time in 2021. He has been helping new and returning customers alike throughout the buying and ownership process. When he is not at the office, you can find him surf foiling with his co-workers, racing motorcycles, or hanging out with his two dogs.

Kenny is a native Texan, born in Fort Worth and raised in Nederland, TX. He is our Lead Technician Service Manger and has been since 2004. He loves to go saltwater wade fishing on the Texas coast. He also loves to spend quality time with his family.

Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Jared is a lifelong Cornhuskers fan. He spent 25 years there before relocating to the Austin area in 2018. Whether behind a boat in a lake or in the ocean, surfing is one of his favorite activities outside of work.

Henry was born about 30 minutes downstream from the Malibu factory in Tennessee, but was raised in the Lone Star State. With Malibu ingrained in his blood, he spent most of his time on the beautiful Texas waters or hunting and fishing for native Texas wildlife whenever he got the chance. He attended Baylor University to study business management and is now pursuing his love for water sports as a Texas Malibu parts clerk.

She is a people person and will stride to make others smile.

In her off time, she likes to workout, practice photography, and travel.
